We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful.
In the event we decide to expand our business, we may sell or buy e-commerce websites, retail stores, subsidiaries, or other business entities. In such transactions, usually customer information is one of the transferred business assets. We also have a special arrangement with one of our internet management partners who will also have access to customer information. Customer information that is sold, transferred, or shared under these circumstances will remain subject to the terms of the then-existing privacy policy. Also, if most or all of our assets are acquired by a third party, customer information will be one of the acquired assets.
